Geneva Financial Welcomes New Chief Compliance Officer Kelly Singh to Geneva Corporate

Kelly Singh has officially joined us at our corporate office! Kelly will help continue the outstanding service and human touch that Geneva Financial strives for!

Chief Compliance Officer – Kelly Singh has more than 17 years of progressive experience building adaptive Risk and Compliance operations and delivering compliance-based solutions for large companies, small, fast-paced businesses, and startups. Kelly believes in shaping outcome-oriented risk and compliance solutions, leveraging strong analytical and technical abilities, building relationships, and gaining stakeholder buy-in.

Before joining Geneva, Kelly served as Director of Business Risk and Controls at USAA. Kelly established a first-line operational risk team to address operating losses, IT oversight, and risk assessment. Kelly also created a first-line regulatory compliance team to address applicable state and federal regulations through testing, exam management, issue management, HMDA reporting, and TRID controls.

In other previous roles, Kelly has been Director of Operations at Lender Live Network, providing leadership to the Operations channel in Pre-Closing, Closing, Funding, and QA. Kelly also served as Vice President of Compliance at Integrated Asset Services and Branch Manager at Fidelity National Financial.

Kelly holds a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, a BS in Criminal Justice from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, is a Certified Mortgage Lender, and served as a voting member of USAA’s Governance / Control Advisory Board.

On a personal note, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Gee, their four children, and one very lovable and oversized Akita.
