We recently refinanced our home and had the pleasure of working with Bianca Jacobs. Bianca is by far the best loan officer I have ever worked with! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and very professional.
We came with a lot of questions and if there was a time where she wasn’t sure about something, she would take the time to research the answer and would get back to us!
