I would like to say that working with Bob Dahlquist for my refinancing loan was a pleasurable experience. Bob is no ordinary mortgage guy, he is “Top Gun” with me. His extensive knowledge in the banking industry is something money can’t buy.
I am a self-employed contractor for 35 years and getting a loan is not as easy as if you work for a company as an employee because of the needed documentation on my income. Bob walked me through the whole process and explained how I could qualify for a loan in great details step by step.
