I stumbled upon Michelle in a facebook group. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I reached out to her initially during a home purchase that did not go through with a different loan agency. We had no further time to restart the process and found a rental for more than a year. When we were ready to purchase we reached back out to her. She had given us a few tips to help our credit, and we had followed them. Sure enough, first credit run we were approved for higher than we expected and the lowest interest rate. Our experience with our seller was rough, Michelle always stayed professional and went above an beyond. She was ready to close in less than 30 days and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her presence on our team made all the difference, knowing she had our backs and was so knowledgeable was so comforting! So thankful for Michelle and her dedication to her clients!
