We just completed two additional refinances with Greg Myers from Geneva. Just as with the first refi, these both went so smoothly. He has worked with us every step of the way. These are all investment properties and part of a family trust portfolio, therefor there are a lot of moving parts and the process is a bit more involved than a simple owner occupied refi.
