Raymond Bramzel is the newest addition to our corporate office in Chandler, AZ! Raymond will help continue the outstanding service and human touch that Geneva Financial strives for!

About Raymond

Raymond has been in real estate-secured mortgage lending including commercial real estate and business finance for over 40 years. Originally from the UK, Raymond was awarded the Freedom of The City of London in 1998 due to his partnership with local authorities to improve the quality of life in seniors’ communities.

Raymond soon transitioned into the SFR Mortgage Industry as an underwriter. In 2002, he obtained his DE FHA CHUMS, successfully taking four separate companies to become approved HUD FHA lenders. Throughout his career, Raymond has held positions such as Regional Operations Manager, Underwriting Team Lead Supervisor, Senior Underwriter, QA and QC Auditor pre- and post-closing, and has used his expertise to mentor loan originators, underwriters, and processors. 

Raymond’s mortgage experience includes Agency Conventional, Government, Jumbo, Non-Conforming, Non-QM, Manual Portfolio, HELOC Home Equity, Housing Bond programs, and other SFR specialty products.

Raymond moved to the United States in April 2000, settled in the Seattle Area in 2006, and became a naturalized US citizen in 2008. He enjoys horology as a collector of Swiss mechanical wristwatches, is an avid Formula One racing fan, and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors doing competitive kite flying or participating in water sports.
