Our homebuying process was made complicated by factors outside William’s or my control, but he always went the extra mile to answer any questions we had and make our process move forward. At one point Will’s team had to physically come and meet with our HOA to gather documents we required. I honestly believe our new home purchase would not have happened without their help.
